Filmmaker Enrique Castro Rios at the El Panama Hotel in Panama City. Mr. Castro is developing his feature film, “Sultan” which shares 24 hours in the lives of an African Panamanian Boy, an Old Woman of Indigenous descent and a Panamanian Woman of West Indian ancestry, simultaneously linked together and torn apart by the US military invasion of Panama in 1989.
