Victoria Foster holds an M.F.A. in film directing from the U.S.C. School of Cinema-Television and a B.A. in History from Stanford University, where she got her first taste of journalism by writing for the Stanford Daily. She taught and lectured undergraduates in the Gender Studies and History programs at U.S.C. and has worked for the past five years in feature film development. Foster was most recently involved in the development and casting of the indie feature SHRINK, starring Kevin Spacey and Robin Williams, which debuted at Sundance in 2009. In addition to serving as Senior Editor of AM, she writes and directs commercials and films in L.A.
