ALEIM [ syll. a-lee(m), al-e-em ]

(Arabic: عالِ “Ahleem”) (Hebrew: אהיה “Elohim” or “aleh-eem”)
Name that means knowledgeable; the all knowing.
Its derivative “Aleph” is the origin of the modern word “Alive.”

ALEIM MAGAZINE is designed as a quarterly interview source for the photographic, cinematic and creative personalities of our time. The magazine works with award-winning writers, photographers and videographers to capture these personalities in their most honest and unfiltered environments.

For our debut issue we are proud to have brought together a medley of leading and up-and-coming artists in creative fields from documentary film to modern dance. These carefully chosen individuals represent contemporary international perspectives as well as America’s forward-thinking trends. Whether you’ve heard of these amazing artists already or encounter them here for the first time, you’ll find enlightened, compelling interviews that may change the way you look at the world and, hopefully, yourself.

Creativity is communication. We encourage you to post your reactions and responses to what you see and read.
